Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

1. Introduction

  • Any depiction, promotion, or facilitation of child sexual abuse or exploitation.
  • Any efforts to groom, solicit, or involve minors in inappropriate conversations or actions.
  • Sharing, storing, or distributing CSAM in any capacity.
  • Using our platform to recruit or facilitate child exploitation or related activities.

3. Protective Measures

DMS Universe implements robust protective measures, such as:

  • Platform content monitoring and immediate removal of prohibited material.
  • Direct in-app reporting tools allowing users to flag potential CSAE content, ensuring timely investigation and response.
  • Active collaboration with global law enforcement and organizations such as the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) to address and report incidents involving CSAM.

4. Compliance with Laws and Regulations

DMS Universe adheres strictly to all relevant international and regional child safety legislation, including but not limited to:

  • Canada’s proposed Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (Bill C-63)
  • Canada's Protecting Young Persons from Exposure to Pornography Act (Bill S-210)
  • The U.S. Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA)
  • The U.K. Online Safety Act
  • The EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) provisions specifically relating to children
  • All other relevant legal standards designed to safeguard children

  • All content involving minors must adhere strictly to our safety standards and is subject to moderation.
  • Any account implicated in CSAE activities will face permanent suspension and be reported to the appropriate legal authorities.
  • Any violation of our child safety policies will result in immediate account suspension and reporting to law enforcement.
